I hooked up the drain from the machine to the original air gap that was part of the sink unit. I am hoping that this new waterfall is only due to a partially blocked drain tube!

Just in time to complete the look of the ‘new’ vintage kitchen; this is the second water test of the washer and the first time it was used as part of the kitchen centre. You can hear the timer click as it advances!
This is the first load of real laundry done in the GE washer! Just some odd sheets and towels to see how well this 53 year old machine would clean them.
